## Three steps to a working call

1. **Get a Sprag API key.** Sprag runs the speech side of the agent: it hears the caller and speaks the reply. [Create a Sprag account](https://sprag.ai/auth/signup)
2. **Get a Vobiz number.** Vobiz gives the agent a phone number and carries the call to and from the phone network. [Create a Vobiz account](https://console.vobiz.ai/auth/signup/)
3. **Connect them in your framework.** Your Pipecat or LiveKit agent takes the call from Vobiz and sends the audio to Sprag. See [Choose your framework](#choose-your-framework).

## How it fits together
Caller's phone (dials your number) → Vobiz (phone number + call) → Pipecat or LiveKit (your agent) → Sprag (listens, thinks, speaks). Sprag's reply travels back the same way to the caller.

Your framework runs the agent. Vobiz carries the call. Sprag does the listening and talking.
